Our Terms & Conditions

  • You must be 18 years or older or have parental permission.
  • Use the Site lawfully and respectfully.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service.
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free descriptions.
  • Due to limited color runs, colors may vary slightly.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order placement for in-stock items.
  • For pre-orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged when your product is ready to ship.
  • You will receive a notification before the final payment is processed and your order is shipped.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed inaccurate or fraudulent.

Each piece in the HUE Collection is crafted with intention, often in limited runs or made-to-order. Because of the time, care, and materials that go into creating every item, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all.

  • Pre-Orders
    Pre-orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, your deposit becomes non-refundable, as your materials are allocated and production begins. The remaining balance will be charged when your piece is ready to ship, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • In-Stock Items
    Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 48 hours, provided the item has not already shipped. After 48 hours or once your order is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our return policy for next steps.
  • Custom and Limited-Edition Pieces
    All custom and limited-edition pieces are handcrafted in small batches and made specifically for you. These items may be cancelled within 72 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After that, your order enters production and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, as these pieces cannot be restocked.
  • To Cancel an Order
    To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@huecollection.com within the applicable window. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We will confirm eligibility and respond within 1–2 business days.

We appreciate your support of intentional, small-batch design.

  • Processing and shipping times are estimates.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@huecollection.com. Proof of damage or defect may be required.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@huecollection.com.
  • All content is owned by HUE Collection.
  • "HUE Collection™ is a trademark of HUE Collection, and a trademark application has been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • Changes will be posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • Governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.
  • Mediation First: Parties agree to mediate disputes in good faith.
  • Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Colorado.

At HUE Collection, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.


Warranty Coverage:
If your HUE Collection product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference. All shipping fees associated with replacements will be covered by us.


Claim Window:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any damage or defects within 14 days of receipt.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Contact us at [insert contact email or phone number] within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
  3. Once your claim is approved, we will coordinate the return (if necessary) and proceed with your choice of a replacement or refund.


Exclusions:

  • Damage reported after the 14-day window.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.

The HUE Collection mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by HUE Collection (“HUE Collection,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of those changes.

  • Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of HUE Collection via your wireless provider. This may include promotions, specials, and marketing offers.
  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages.
  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to +18337370421 or click the unsubscribe link in any text message. A one-time confirmation text will follow. No further messages will be sent unless initiated by you.

  • Service Changes: We may change the phone number or short code we use. Messages sent to old numbers may not be received.
  • Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Updated Numbers: If you change your mobile number, you must re-enroll in the Service.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery or any action taken in reliance on the Service.
